Terms of delivery based on FCA Seaoptic AS, 6004 Eidsnes

General terms: Orgalime S2012, if not specified otherwise.

Warranty: 12 months from delivery of products.

Payment terms: 14 days net.

Currency: NOK

Packaging cost is not included.

Seaoptic has a lien on goods delivered until full payment has been made, ref Norwegian Mortgage act (Panteloven) §3-14.

All Seaoptic underwater lights will be delivered with fixed cable connected to light fixture.

Project Sales Terms

Shipment: The Goods will be ready for shipment 20-22 business weeks after receipt of the first down payment. This readiness for shipment moment is an estimate and the final schedule can only be confirmed in the order confirmation.

The warranty period for the Product is 12 months, starting from the date of vessel handover, or 24 months from delivery of the Product by the Supplier to the Purchaser, whichever comes first.

30% Down payment with the order

70% When the goods are reported ready for shipment Payment Net 14 days.

This quote is based on an exchange rate of 1 USD = 10,64 NOK. Price adjustments will be applied at the delivery date should exchange rates exceed +/- 2%.
